My name is Nicole Rayfield. My daughters have Peanut/Tree Nut allergies.  One birthday, I went to pick out a cake.  I found out that while the cake contained no nuts, it was decorated next to other baked goods containing nuts.

Feeling badly, I went home and cried.  I called my mother and she said, "get a grip". Just bake a cake, so I did. Now, after years of cake decorating, allergy conferences and factory phone calls, I bake and decorate custom desserts for everyone to enjoy.  All cakes are Peanut/Tree Nut Free. Upon request desserts can be made Gluten Free as well.
